Within each chapter, BNI members organise themselves into 'Power Teams', according to their profession.
A Power Team is a group of related trades or professions that work with the same clients but do not take business away from each other. In this way, Power Teams can provide support to each other as they go about their daily business, knowing that their fellow Power Team members are likely to have a good understanding of each other's profession and the natural synergies between them.
Power Teams also leverage the strength of the services that they can offer, meaning that the quality and value of referrals is substantially improved.
